The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, even going out of their way to switch my room to a ground floor one when they realized I couldn't use the lift. the room was comfortable and modern, with all the amenities I needed for a relaxing stay. the food at the Grill Restaurant was delicious, and I loved the option to pick up my room service order from the restaurant. the free shuttle service to the airport was a convenient touch, making my trip hassle-free. Overall, I had a fantastic experience and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a stress-free stay near Manchester Airport.
